1. Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
4. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item to the provided return address
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in case of our error)
- You will receive an email confirmation once refund is processed
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at the same email address.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refund to post)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
